iuck Terms and Conditions

1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between the iuck platform ("Platform", "Site") and every individual who uses its services ("User", "you"). By accessing iuck's website, mobile version, or any other channel, or by creating an account, you are automatically considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

iuck is an online gaming platform that provides cricket betting, slot games, live casino, and other entertainment gaming services to users in Bangladesh. These Terms are written in Bengali and the Bengali version shall be considered final.

2. Account Registration & Management

2.1 Registration Requirements

To create a valid account on iuck, you must provide accurate and up-to-date information. Each user may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, they will be closed and any associated earnings will be considered void.

2.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. Never share your password with any third party. You are solely responsible for all transactions and activities carried out through your account. If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, notify the iuck support team immediately.

2.3 Identity Verification

The iuck platform may request relevant documents to verify your identity at any time. Withdrawals may be delayed until verification is complete. iuck reserves the right to immediately close an account if false information is provided.

3. Age Restriction & Eligibility

iuck's services are available only to individuals aged 21 or above. Registration or use of an account by a minor is strictly prohibited. By accessing this platform, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old.

• If false age information is provided during registration, the account and all associated funds will be forfeited.
• Parents are requested to take appropriate measures to prevent their minor children from accessing this platform.
• iuck may request a government-issued ID or other documents for age verification when necessary.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Payment Methods

iuck currently accepts transactions through the following Mobile Financial Services (MFS) methods:

• bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile wallet
• Nagad — Digital financial service of Bangladesh Post Office
• Rocket — Mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank
• Upay — UCB's digital payment platform

4.2 Limits

4.3 Withdrawal Timeframe

Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. This time may increase if identity verification is incomplete or unusual activity is detected on the account.

4.4 If Bonus Wagering Is Not Completed

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the bonus wagering requirement is met. Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount (not on the combined total of deposit and bonus).

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

iuck offers new members a 200% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.

• For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳2,000 in bonus — total balance ৳3,000.
• Alternatively, deposit ৳16,000 and receive the maximum bonus of ৳15,000 — total balance ৳31,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times, applied only to the bonus amount.

5.3 Other Promotional Terms

• Each bonus offer may have its own terms, which will be stated in the offer details.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred between players.
• iuck reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at its discretion.
• If a bonus is not used within a specified time period, it will be automatically cancelled.
• Multiple bonus offers cannot be used at the same time unless explicitly stated in the offer's terms.

6. Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play

All games on the iuck platform are conducted in a fair and transparent manner. The outcome of each game is determined impartially. If an incorrect payout occurs due to a technical error, iuck reserves the right to correct that amount.

6.2 Betting Limits

iuck sets defined betting limits for each game. These limits are clearly displayed in the game lobby. If a user wishes to set their own betting limits, they may contact the support team.

6.3 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted due to internet disconnection or a technical error, iuck will determine the outcome of that game based on system records. In the event of any dispute related to a game caused by technical reasons, the system log will be considered the final evidence.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the iuck platform:

1. Using any form of cheating, software hacking, or automated bots.
2. Operating multiple accounts by the same individual or household.
3. Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds.
4. Attempting unauthorized access to other users' accounts.
5. Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
6. Engaging in harassing or offensive behavior toward other users.
7. Using the platform for political or religious purposes.
8. Betting or managing an account on behalf of a third party.

If such activities are detected, the account will be immediately closed and the associated funds may be forfeited.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by iuck

iuck may suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a Terms violation is found.
• In cases of false or misleading information being provided.
• On suspicion of fraudulent activity.
• By order of a court or legal authority.

8.2 Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time. In that case, any legitimate funds in your balance will be withdrawable, but bonus funds subject to wagering requirements will be cancelled. Contact the support team to request account closure.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

All financial transactions and personal information are secured through SSL encryption technology. iuck never stores your password or complete payment information.

10. Limitation of Liability

iuck accepts no liability for the following:

• If a game is interrupted due to your internet connection or device issues.
• If a transaction is delayed due to disruption of third-party MFS services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay).
• If account credentials are exposed to others as a result of the user's own negligence.
• If the service is temporarily unavailable due to reasons beyond iuck's control.

In any circumstance, iuck's maximum liability shall be limited to the amount associated with that specific transaction or incident.

11. Responsible Gaming

iuck believes that gaming is a form of entertainment and should always be enjoyed responsibly. We place the highest priority on the wellbeing and mental health of our users.

• Avoid gaming for more than a set amount of time.

13.2 Dispute Resolution

For any dispute, please contact the support team first. The maximum time limit for raising a dispute is 30 days from the date of the incident. No complaints will be accepted after this deadline. For resolving all disputes, iuck system records and logs will be considered as final evidence.
